Data Deletion Policy for HTGames

    

At HTGames, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated data.

How to delete your account inside the app:

1. Open the HTGames app and log into your account.
2. Navigate to the Settings menu from the bottom navigation bar.
3. Scroll down to the Account section.
4. Tap the red "Delete Account" button.
5. Confirm your choice in the prompt.

Please note: Deleting your account from within the app is immediate and irreversible.

How to request data deletion via email (if you cannot access the app): If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request manual account deletion by contacting our support team.

1. Send an email to [Your Support Email Address] from the email address registered to your HTGames account.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
3. In the body of the email, please state that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What happens when your account is deleted? Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently erased from our active databases. This includes:

• Your profile information (Name, Avatar, Email).
• Your gem and coin balances.
• Your referral history and transaction records.
